Exchange or Return Policy
1. Return or Exchange Eligibility
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
Non-eligible items include final sale products and swimwear, except in cases of defects, damage, or wrong delivery (photo evidence is required).
2. Return Process
Submit a return/exchange request via [email protected]. Include a product list and tracking number with the returned item. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to your wallet by default unless otherwise requested. Wallet balances can be used for future purchases or withdrawn. Credit card refunds may take 7-15 business days.
